Terms of service
Last updated 30 September 2026
1. The service
Criw lets you create AI agents that work for you: they chat, remember, run routines, use connected apps, and use a computer on your behalf. These terms are an agreement between you and Marc Torrelles, who makes and runs Criw. By using Criw you accept them.
2. Your account
You can start as a guest on your phone and add an email later; until you do, that device is your only way in. Keep your devices and email secure: whatever is done from your account counts as done by you.
3. Your content
What you give your agents and what they make for you is yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it and send it to the services your agents use, so we can run Criw for you. We don't claim ownership of any of it.
4. Your agents act for you
Agents do what you and their instructions ask, in the apps and accounts you connect. You're responsible for what they do there, as you would be for a tool you set running. Use permissions and rules for anything you want to check first. AI makes mistakes: review what matters before you rely on it.
5. Fair use
Don't use Criw to break the law, harm others, send spam, attack systems, get around other services' rules, or make content that exploits children. We may stop a run, pause an agent or close an account that does, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
6. Paying
Criw is free to use. Pro is a subscription, €9.99 a month or €99.99 a year, that renews until you cancel; after you cancel, Pro lasts until the end of the period you paid for. If you haven't subscribed to Pro before, its first 7 days are free and don't include the monthly credit; cancel before they end and you pay nothing. Credit is prepaid and used up by your agents' model calls at the model's price plus 40%, as shown on each run, and doesn't expire while your account is open. Pro includes $4 of credit each calendar month, spent before credit you bought; what's left of it at the end of the month doesn't carry over. Prices include VAT and are higher in the App Store and Google Play. As EU law allows, you may withdraw from a purchase made in the desktop app within 14 days for credit you haven't used; App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their rules. If you use your own OpenRouter key, you pay OpenRouter directly and their terms apply to that spending. Each plan has daily and monthly allowances for agents, computer time (the browser included), searches and storage, shown on the pricing page; work beyond an allowance waits until it renews.
7. Other services
Models, connected apps and websites your agents use belong to other companies, with their own terms. We're not responsible for them, their availability or what they return.
8. Our liability
We work hard to keep Criw running and your data safe, but provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
9. Ending
You can stop using Criw and delete your account from Settings whenever you like; cancel Pro where you bought it. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or at once for serious breaches. When your account closes, we delete your data as the privacy policy describes.
10. Changes and law
We'll tell you before changes that matter take effect. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you're a consumer in the EU you may also go to the courts where you live.
