  Talk to your crew from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor: Criw is an MCP server. Each program lists your agents, hands one a message, reads the reply when it is done and reads the files it made. Anything that needs you is still asked in Criw.

  1. In Criw, open Settings → Sessions → New key… and copy the key.
  2. Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, the address above, and the key as the bearer token.
  3. ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → Create, the address above and the key. ChatGPT reads your crew and never writes to it.
  4. Cursor: add the address to mcp.json with an Authorization: Bearer header carrying the key.
