Credit
Credit is in US dollars, like model prices, and you pay for it in your own currency. A run costs the model's price plus 40%, and every run can show its cost. Credit you buy never expires. It costs less in the desktop app, because the app stores take a cut.

Questions
What does a typical agent cost?
It depends on the model and on how much the agent reads. A morning brief on a balanced model usually costs a few cents; a long research job on the strongest model can cost a dollar or more. Every run can show its exact cost, and a spending cap stops an agent before it spends more than you set.
How is credit charged?
At the model's own price plus 40%, which covers payment fees and keeps Criw running. On Pro, the month's included credit is spent first, and what's left of it ends with the month. Credit you buy never expires.
Why is credit in dollars?
Because models are priced in dollars. Keeping your balance in dollars means every run's cost is exact, with no currency rounding. You still pay in your own currency.
What happens when my credit runs out?
Your agents won't start new work until you top up or add your own key. Nothing is deleted, and routines pick up again at their next run.
Is computer time extra?
No. Free includes thirty minutes a month and Pro an hour a day, shared by your agents' commands, their browser and your own terminal. When the time runs out, work on the computer waits until your allowance renews.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. If you haven't subscribed to Pro before, its first 7 days are free, wherever you subscribe. The trial has everything in Pro except the monthly credit, which starts with your first payment. Cancel before the 7 days are up and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel Pro or get a refund?
Yes. Cancel any time, and Pro lasts until the end of the period you paid for. Credit bought in the desktop app can be refunded within 14 days if you haven't used it. For anything bought in the App Store or Google Play, refunds go through Apple or Google.
Do my agents ask before doing things?
Yes, before anything that changes something. They read on their own: searching, opening pages, checking your email. Anything that sends, changes, deletes or pays waits for you, unless you've said it can go ahead. Buying always asks. How permissions work
